These wide-leg pants are based on Oxford bags from the 1920s. They feature a silhouette that falls straight down towards the hem. While they have the appearance of a men’s suit, the relaxed design with a drawstring and elastic waistband allows for comfortable wear like jersey pants.

The flannel material is made from merino wool from southern New Zealand, spun, woven, and finished in Hashima City, Gifu Prefecture. Using raw materials from a very rare part of the merino wool, the yarn is woven slowly and densely to avoid stressing it, and the wholening and fulling are repeated many times to create an extremely delicate surface texture and drape.
