Delivery

After payment of the order, the goods will be prepared for shipping as quickly as possible during store opening hours. This is usually within 24 hours. However, actual shipment may be delayed due to weekends or public holidays.

  • Switzerland: Flat rate of CHF 12 with Swiss Post Priority. Free shipping on orders over CHF 300 / 1-3 business days
  • Europe: Flat rate of CHF 40 with Swiss Post Priority. Free shipping on orders over CHF 500 / 3-5 business days
  • Other zones: Flat rate of CHF 70 with Fedex/UPS. Free shipping on orders over CHF 800 / 3-5 business days

The delivery times stated are approximate and cannot be guaranteed by us.

Customs clearance and import costs are to be borne by the recipient. If the shipment is refused by the recipient due to excessive import costs and is returned, a handling fee of CHF 50 will be charged. The same applies in the event of non-delivery and missed collection deadlines.
